She is a contributing author to, and editor of the British Columbia Strata Property Practice Manual (published by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia). In addition, she is a Director of the Condominium Homeowners Association.

Jennifer has a keen interest in assisting strata corporations with electric vehicle strategies and has presented on this topic for Continuing Legal Education, Buildex, PAMA, and the Urban Development Institute. She understands that because of the diversity of strata corporations in British Columbia, there cannot be a “one-size fits all” approach to electric vehicle strategies. Jennifer has agreed to provide an up to 30-minute free consultation with strata council members in order understand the approach that the strata corporation intends to take, and to help develop a strategy. After the consultation, Jennifer through Electric Asset Inc will provide an estimate of the cost to draft applicable legal documentation
